What is your shipping policy?

We exclusively utilize UPS for all shipments, enabling delivery to any address within the United States as well as numerous international destinations.

Please verify your delivery address carefully. If it is incorrect, let us know as soon as possible. We do not recommend changing it once your order is in transit, as this may cause delays or lost packages.

If the address is changed while the order is in transit, Simple Cart Systems is not liable for any charges, damages, or lost packages.

Need to add delivery instructions? You can do so once you receive tracking information. If you don’t already have one, create a UPS My Choice account to add instructions for your driver. We cannot add delivery instructions on your behalf.

United States & Puerto Rico

For customers within the continental United States, complimentary shipping is provided on all Cart Models and the HUB Package. Some parts and components may carry a modest shipping fee. Orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico entail additional costs, reflected at checkout.

Canada and International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Select international destinations are also available; please contact us directly for further details.

Do you offer financing?

At this time, we do not provide financing options.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Seasonal promotions and discounts are not offered, ensuring you receive our best pricing year-round. A 5% quantity discount applies to purchases of three or more carts. For inquiries regarding larger orders, please reach out to our team.

Is the Cart and Hub System approved by health departments?

All materials, components, and fittings used are NSF and/or FDA certified, supporting regulatory compliance. While we have achieved inspections and approvals in various jurisdictions, universal code compliance cannot be guaranteed. Health department inspections may not be required for catering or private and corporate events.

Return policy

Returns are accepted for unused carts in original packaging (excluding those with custom logos or top holes) within 10 days of receipt. Customized carts are not eligible for return. Unused Hub systems, components, tools, and parts in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days as well. Returns of espresso machines and grinders are not accepted. Each return is subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee plus applicable return shipping charges.

Warranty

We include a 2-year transferable warranty on all cart models and the Hub System. Defective parts will be replaced within two years of purchase. Damage from drops, misuse, or pumps damaged by freezing temperatures is not covered. All tools and equipment have a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
