What is your shipping policy?

We use UPS and USPS for all our shipping, which means we can deliver to any address within the United States and many locations worldwide.

DOMESTIC

Continental United States: Free Shipping on all Cart Models and the HUB Package. A small shipping charge may be included on parts and components.

Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional costs included at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

Now shipping to select Canadian provinces! You can order directly through this website.

Due to high demand, we are currently shipping only inside the United States and Canada. Stay tuned for international shipping in the future!

Do you offer financing?

No, we do not offer financing at this time.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Because we are direct sales only, we don’t offer traditional wholesale accounts and pricing.

If you are interested in selling our products, please reach out. We’d love to talk about the options!

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, we offer a 5% quantity discount for 3 or more carts. Looking for larger quantities? Please reach out!

Can I use the cart for businesses other than coffee?

Absolutely! We’ve made carts for a wide variety of businesses and uses.

Return policy

  • Standard carts (without logos or top holes), cart case, tools, and parts may be returned within 10 days of receiving.

  • There will be a 5% restocking/processing fee plus return shipping charges applied to each return.

  • Tools and bundles may be returned within 10 days of receiving.

  • Customized carts cannot be returned.

Warranty

  • Quality is our creed. If any part is defective we will replace it up to 1 year after purchase date.

  • The warranty does not cover damage from accidental dropping or abuse.
