Choose a cart model, select View Options, choose your options, and add it to your shopping cart. Note: All models are the same size and offer the same options.
Add Top Layout: Choose a top hole layout that fits your equipment and workflow, then add it to your shopping cart. Keep the pitcher rinser on the same side as your espresso machine steam wand. Adding the sink and hot water package? Choose a layout with sink and faucet cutouts.
Add Hub Package: Choose your espresso machine connection and add the Hub Package to your shopping cart.
Add Sink and Hot Water Package: Choose the faucet mounting plate color that matches your cart top, then add the package to your shopping cart.
Add Tools & Equipment: We recommend the fridge + platform and the barista bundle. Also consider an extra fresh water tank and waste water tank.

Custom Configurations
Eliminating a cutout- We can eliminate a cutout from any of our standard layouts. Additional cost: $50 (invoiced separately, requires a standard layout as a base)
Placement tweaks- We can usually shift the standard cutouts within the layout. Additional cost: $100 (invoiced separately, requires a standard layout as a base)
Umbrella- We can add a hole to most layouts for a standard umbrella. There will be a corresponding hole in the interior shelf to hold the umbrella in place. Additional cost: $100 (invoiced separately, requires a standard layout as a base) If you would like to add an umbrella hole, reach out to us after placing your order.
Custom hole size and placement- It’s your canvas. Tell us your vision. (Purchase the custom layout option and we’ll reach out for more information)

Whether you need a sink (or not) is dependant on 3 things.
Health code: Many health departments require hot water and a handwashing sink.
Convenience: Regardless of requirements, a sink and faucet are very nice as a water source and for cleanup.
Keep it simple: Doing private events where there is a sink close by? In this case you may not need a sink on the cart and the space can be used for something else.

Are you right handed or left handed?
Is the steam wand on your espresso machine on the right or left side? (this isn’t a huge issue, but can play a part in your workflow)
Will you be consistently setting up in a space that would make one workflow better than the other?

Yes, we do this! We can create any shape and (almost) any size your needs require.
Custom top holes have an addtional charge.

Needs change? Different espresso machine? New barista?
You can purchase the center top at any time in the future with an updated top layout.
3. Add Hub Package
With HUB at the core, this package has what you need to make mobile simple.
The water and electrical components are included in this package, as well as the optional espresso machine connection.
The Sink and Hot Water Package is an additional option and must be purchased separately.
4. Add Sink Package
Everything you need for a sink and hot/cold water faucet.
Seamlessly connects to HUB.
Designed for quick assembly and is easily transported.
This package does not include HUB and must be purchased in addition to the HUB Package.
5. Add Tools and Equipment
A compact refrigerator that fits perfectly inside the cart.
Commercially listed to NSF-7 standards and meets UL-471.
