  • The Cart. At the core is our proprietary interlocking design, making assembly quick and providing unparalleled structural strength. All carts include a 2 year warranty and are engineered to withstand daily assembly and teardown.

  • Top Layouts. Configurations and equipment placement options that fit your workflow.

  • The HUB System. A complete water distribution and management system. Pre-assembled components and seamless connectivity. Backed by a transferable 2 year warranty, the Hub system is designed for the long haul.

The carts are completely versatile and are used in a diverse range of applications.

  • Six cart models, each with a different base material color. All cart models are the same size and include a 2 year transferable warranty.

  • The mobility, quick assembly, and small footprint make them ideal for the hospitality industry.

  • All carts are made with high pressure solid composite, which is layers of high-quality recycled and/or FSC certified paper infused with thermosetting resin. This material is extremely durable, waterproof, NSF certified, and delivers a premium visual and tactile experience.

  • The cart weighs 135-175 lbs. depending on options. The total weight capacity of the cart is 400 lbs.

  • For this exclusive option, we engrave and paint your logo or graphics on the front panel of the cart. An engraved logo adds a level of quality and brand awareness that can’t be achieved with a standard applied decal. If you do not select the logo option, the front panel will be left completely blank.

  • The standard black wheels add a defined level of sophistication and aesthetic appeal. All wheels feature a locking mechanism.

    We also offer an all terrain wheel option which can be purchased separately.

  • The interior shelf is included with every cart model and adds to the inside storage capacity.

    The side shelves are an excellent way to display products and merchandise as well as increase storage capacity.

  • We can create custom top holes and custom logos. We cannot modify the size or overall design.

Workflow is one of the most important aspects of a mobile cart.

  • It is crucial to maximize the space and keep the work area clean and functional.

  • We offer a number of configurations that have been tested and proven in the industry.

  • Whether you need a sink (or not) is dependant on 3 things.

    Health code: Many health departments require hot water and a handwashing sink.

    Convenience: Regardless of requirements, a sink and faucet are very nice as a water source and for cleanup.

    Keep it simple: Doing private events where there is a sink close by? In this case you may not need a sink on the cart and the space can be used for something else.

  • Are you right handed or left handed?

    Is the steam wand on your espresso machine on the right or left side? (this isn’t a huge issue, but can play a part in your workflow)

    Will you be consistently setting up in a space that would make one workflow better than the other?

  • Yes, we do this! We can create any shape and (almost) any size your needs require.

    Custom top holes have an addtional charge.

  • Needs change? Different espresso machine? New barista?

    You can purchase the center top at any time in the future with an updated top layout.

HUB System

A complete water distribution and management system.

  • HUB integrates seamlessly with our carts, but can be used in any mobile or semi-permanent location.

  • The pump, accumulator, fittings, and tubing are made of NSF or FDA listed materials.

  • Most components are pre-assembled, making setup a fast and frustration-free experience.

  • The entire Hub system is backed by our 2 year transferable warranty, and parts ship quickly.

  • Quick-connect ports with built-in valves means you can plug or unplug tubing while the system is pressurized.  The waste water drain system uses a custom designed waste tank cap to make a mess-free tank connection.

  • This package includes Hub with all components, fresh and waste water tanks, extension cord, power block, pitcher rinser, knockbox, and optional espresso machine connection.

  • This package includes the sink, faucet, mounting assembly, hot water heater, and all hoses. It is designed to connect directly to the Hub Package, which will need to be purchased in addition to this package.

  • Quick-connect ports with built-in valves, so you can plug or unplug tubing while the system is pressurized.

    Valved fittings ensure contaminants don’t enter system when the tubing is unplugged.

    A suction tube with quick-connect port mounted to tank cap allows you to change fresh water tanks quickly.

  • Our exclusive water tanks are optimally sized for a mobile coffee cart.

    The tanks are translucent, which ensures water levels can be seen at a glance.

    Made with HDPE, the tanks are BPA free and FDA approved.

  • Espresso machine connection kits are sold as part of our HUB System.

  • The espresso machines we sell are commercially rated and will maintain consistency in high volume workflows.

    Size, weight, power consumption, features, and reliability all need to be considered when choosing an epsresso machine.

  • The espresso grinders we sell are commercially rated and will maintain consistency in high volume workflows.

    Footprint, grind speed, noise level, and reliability are all things to consider when choosing an espresso grinder.

  • A commercially rated refrigerator that fits perfectly inside the cart.

    Listed to NSF-7 standards and meets UL-471.

    The compact size and easy accessibility places point-of-use milk storage within easy reach.

  • The barista bundles are a great way to set yourself up with the right tools, all in a cost saving package.
