HUB Details
Quiet and high capacity pump is ideally sized for commercial equipment, but works equally well with small setups.
Quick-connect ports with built-in valves means you can plug or unplug tubing while the system is pressurized.
Valve fittings ensure contaminants don’t enter system when the tubing is unplugged.
The pump, accumulator, fittings, and tubing are made of NSF or FDA listed materials.
Small footprint, which leaves more space beneath the cart for a fridge or additional equipment.
Suction tube with quick-connect port mounted to tank cap allows you to change fresh water tanks quickly.
Waste water drain system with mess-free tank connection.
Package Q & A
-
This package will ship with your cart. We can ship the HUB package before your cart if requested.
-
The electrical capacity is 15A, which is the same as most standard wall outlets. This provides enough power for the simultaneous use of (most) single group espresso machines, a grinder, and HUB. For additional power, simply purchase an additional extension cord and plug it into a separate circuit. Your equipment requires the most electricity when heating, so be sure to allow them to heat separately to avoid overloading the circuit. We do recommend plugging your espresso machine into a dedicated circuit if possible.
-
Use a dedicated 220V cord and power source for your machine and use a standard 110V outlet to power the power block and/or other equipment.
-
Yes. HUB has a capacity of 3.2 gallons per minute at 60 psi, which is more than sufficient for larger machines. The only limitation will be the top hole layout, as a two group machine typically has a larger footprint.
-
To keep things as simple as possible, we recommend starting with filtered water (reverse osmosis preferred). This is a little more cost on the front end, but you don’t have to worry about consistency and changing filters. If using RO or distilled water, we recommend adding the Third Wave Water mineral packets to ensure maximum flavor.

While we do everything possible to make the package health code/food safety compliant, every county in every state has different requirements. That said, we do have fully inspected and approved systems nationwide.
The pump, accumulator, fittings, and tubing are made of NSF or FDA listed materials.
Note: If you will be using your cart for full service retail sales, most health codes require that you add the Sink and Hot Water Package..
