What is this new material?

The new material is a paper composite, which is layers of high-quality recycled and/or FSC certified paper infused with thermosetting resin. Invented almost 80 years ago, paper composites are used extensively in architectural surfaces and food prep areas. These materials are extremely durable, waterproof, NSF rated, and deliver a premium visual and tactile experience.
